Everybody makes mistakes, and despite how much you want it, your php web application will never be free of vulnerabilities or bugs. The best way to deal with this is encouraging users to test out your application to its limits and offering a quick easy way for them to report bugs or vulnerabilities so that you can deal with them ASAP and help both you and the user. You should also check the internet to see if any vulnerabilities have been discovered in your application. If so, try to get it fixed immediately and inform your users (usually through email) of the update.
