GaLiv Music 3
This piece is slightly different from the first and second GaLiv music tracks, because the spec was to create a quiet piece that somehow felt linked to space, and I made sure to really show this difference. The first thing I did was set the reverb to its most extreme level (it’s called “Cathedral” in Sibelius) in order to represent the vastness of space. While the first two tracks were designed to be main themes, this piece has more value in the use of the instruments than the theme itself, although I do think the slightly romantic main theme is quite nice nevertheless.
