ICMS
ICMS is a website builder dedicated to helping individuals with little technical knowledge construct their own website which conforms to web standards and utilises important web technologies.
FFD
FFD is a flat file database management system written in pure PHP, designed to be compatible with mysql so that it can easily replace it if mysql is not available, thereby helping applications to maximise compatibility. In this respect it supports basic SQL, usually enough for a common php web application to work and is intended to run at high speeds and manage memory effectively.
